Terms and conditions for purchasing and using NoPowerTXT products and services.
Product Use
NoPowerTXT is designed for power failure monitoring via SMS alerts. The device is intended for use with standard Australian 240V power outlets. NoPowerTXT is a notification tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of protecting critical infrastructure.
Warranty
Each NoPowerTXT device includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification or exposure to conditions outside the specified operating range. Australian consumer law guarantees are not excluded.
Returns
You may return the device within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the device is faulty.
SMS Plan
The purchase price includes 12 months of SMS cover. After the initial period, the SMS Plan can be renewed annually. We will notify you before your plan expires. The device will continue to monitor power but will be unable to send SMS alerts once that cover has expired.
Limitation of Liability
NoPowerTXT provides power failure notifications as a supplementary monitoring service. We are not liable for losses arising from failure to receive alerts due to network outages, device malfunction, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
