On mode is the mode in which you will usually leave NoPowerTXT.
When set in Off mode, NoPowerTXT will not send out any power status change text messages.
Audio mode was originally designed for boat owners, but is also useful for electricians. Boat owners should put NoPowerTXT into Audio mode when they leave their marina and head out for the day.
Basic Settings
Entering the name or description of the power outlet you wish to monitor is easy.
Another unique feature of NoPowerTXT is the ability to add multiple people to your list of persons to notify.
The Status Update notification is simply there to provide peace of mind. It will send you a message once per week, on the day of your choice, advising you which mode your NoPowerTXT is set to and the status of your power connection.
Advanced Settings
The Follow-up Reminder is there to prompt you if the power has not been restored within your pre-set period. Imagine you’ve received an alert advising that the power had gone off and you then asked someone to attend to it for you, but they forget. Your NoPowerTXT will send you a reminder text message advising that power is still disconnected.
Boat owners should put NoPowerTXT into Audio mode when they head out for the day. Once back in the marina, you may forget to turn NoPowerTXT back to On mode after re-connecting to shore power. After a pre-set period NoPowerTXT will remind you that it is still in audio mode so you can then change it to On mode remotely.

Power Alerts / Remote Mode changing
This page simply demonstrates that when in On mode, if the power is disconnected, the user-defined pre-set delay clock will start counting down.
The power connected alert works exactly the same as the power disconnected alert.
The remote mode changing feature is one of the key features we are really proud of. Whilst turning the mode back from Audio to On is particularly useful for boat owners, it is one of the key features our users really appreciate.
